The IIS-European Division Award is dedicated to acknowledge extraordinary contributions to the work of the International Isotope Society – European Division and to the field of isotope chemistry and applications of isotopically labelled compounds.
Award
The award consists of a certificate, a cashless prize and financial reimbursement for IIS-ED meeting attendance on occasion of the award ceremony.
Nomination Process
The whole isotope synthesis community is asked to submit proposals together with a short justification to the board of the IIS-ED. The board will discuss and finally decide on the submitted proposals for the IIS-ED Award.

Last winners IIS-ED award
Ralf Kiesling was awarded the IIS-ED award 2023 for his outstanding contributions to the Isotope Community in Europe. He acted as organizers of the Bad Soden workshop and supported the community for many years.
