26th Workshop of the IIS-European Division at Bad Soden

May 11-12, 2023

Dear Colleagues,

the planning of the organizing committee started, it was decided to get back to a face-to-face meeting to foster the discussion and meeting culture. The workshop will be held at the H4 Hotel Frankfurt Messe located in Oeserstreet 180, D-65933 Frankfurt/Main, Germany.

The organisation committee would like to invite you on behalf of the International Isotope Society –  European Division – to the 26th IIS-ED Workshop on May 11th and 12th.

The focus of the workshop is the synthesis and application of isotopes and isotopically labelled compounds in all research disciplines. Amongst the topics to be covered are: New methods in synthetic organic chemistry relevant to isotopic labelling, applications of radioactive and stable isotopically labelled compounds in research and biosciences, PET chemistry, new trends in analytics and measuring techniques, radioactive storage management and waste disposal.

The organizing committee would like to encourage everybody to actively participate at this year’s face-to -face meeting. We would highly encourage PhD students, postdocs and young researchers to send in abstracts. Therefore, the meeting will take place in the form of invited oral presentations.

Detailed information regarding the conference program and registration will follow in one of the next communications.

Of course, we will prepare a hygiene concept adequate to the corona situation relevant to this time. We will inform you about possible changes as soon as possible.

    Registration fees cover attendance to the scientific programme and entrance to the exhibition area, coffee breaks and lunches during the congress sessions and the social event.

    Registrations will be confirmed upon receipt of payment only.

    Note: Closing date for registration is 8th of April.

    Note: Hotel accommodation has to be paid directly to the hotel. Hotel accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
