IIS-CED Workshop 2016

Dear Colleagues,
The organising committee is pleased to inform you that the 22nd Workshop of the IIS-CED at Frankfurt Bad Soden will be held on October 6-7, 2016. As in the past the workshop will cover the synthesis and applications of isotopes and isotopically labelled compounds. New methods in synthetic organic chemistry relevant to isotopic labelling, applications of compounds labelled with radionuclides and stable isotopes, PET chemistry, new trends in analytical techniques, radioactive material’s storage management and waste disposal will be in the focus of the meeting.
By established tradition an analytical pre-workshop starting on Thursday (October 6, 2016) morning will be organised by Dr. Martin Sandvoss. Detailed information regarding the programme will follow in the next communications.
Usually, in a good tradition, the venue for the workshop would be the Ramada Treff Hotel located in Bad Soden, Germany, near Frankfurt. Due to an unexpected event (caused by the hotel management) the venue for the workshop will be changed to the RAMADA Hotel Frankfurt Messe located in Oeserstreet 180, 65933 Frankfurt/Main instead of Bad Soden – this year only.
The organising committee would like to encourage everybody to actively participate at the workshop and invites all colleagues working in the field of synthesis and applications of isotopes and isotopically labelled compounds to present their work.
Additionally, we would like to address the possibility to present new trends, technologies and developments in our field of interest at the industrial exhibition.
